What is a Camping Kitchen Box?

A chuck box (also known as a Patrol Box or a Grub Box as the Boy Scouts call them) is a dedicated camp kitchen carrying all of your cooking gear in an organized manner. Having all of your camping equipment organized saves time when you are getting ready for a trip and helps make it easier to keep everything in top shape for use on the next adventure.

What sets the CKB apart from other chuck boxes is that it was specifically designed to accommodate certain critical pieces of camping cooking equipment. First of all, the stove compartment will easily swallow a two burner white gas or propane camp stove with room to spare for a camp griddle. The ckb will also easily fit a standard wash tub for cleaning up after meals.

In addition, the back of the chuck box folds down to create a secondary work surface. This is a great place for food prep and dishes which are often lost at the bottom of a traditional chuck box. The CKB also features 2 large drawers to really organize all the smaller camping utensils that tend to get lost in other chuck boxes or tubs.
