Features: The Improved Intermediate Cold Weather Sleeping Bag is a generational improvement over the original Intermediate Cold Weather Sleeping Bag, introduced to the United States Army in 2007. The improved intermediate cold weather sleeping bag is a component of the Improved Modular Sleep System (IMSS). The improved intermediate cold weather sleeping bag is a standalone bag that does not require the other IMSS components to function. The improved intermediate cold weather sleeping bag provides cold weather protection from -10 to 30 degrees Fahrenheit, and is made of ripstop nylon fabrics and continuous filament polyester insulation.The Improved Intermediate Cold Weather Sleeping Bag features an oversized zipper for easy opening and closing, and snaps for connecting to the other sleep system components.
